My Approach
My background in social work with adolescents, together with my experience as an art therapist in a social integration setting supporting adults facing diverse psychosocial challenges, has shaped an approach to mental health that is deeply rooted in individuals’ social and cultural contexts.
The aim is to help individuals find meaning and strengthen their self-esteem within their environment, while acknowledging their difficulties and the impact these have on daily life.
This includes guiding each person towards greater awareness of their inner resources and toward self-acceptance, an acceptance that does not overlook the everyday struggles, but rather recognizes and integrates them as a part of their lived experience.
Neurodivergence
An individual is considered neurodivergent when their neurological functioning differs from the majority norms defined by society and by the statistical frameworks used in psychology and psychiatry.
This includes autism, ADHD, AUDHD, twice-exceptional profiles (ASD + giftedness / ADHD + giftedness), learning differences (dys disorders), certain forms of anxiety disorders, as well as atypical cognitive profiles that do not always fit into strict diagnostic categories.
Neurodivergence and Me
I am neurodivergent myself, and my lived experience has profoundly shaped who I am. It has taught me to understand and listen to people and their experiences in a different way.
I believe that the many ways of perceiving and experiencing the world are what make our society richer and more vibrant. My personal journey enables me to welcome each person in their uniqueness, without judgment, and to support them on their own path toward self-understanding.

Education and Training
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Mediation and Production from IESA Paris (2009–2012), where I developed a strong understanding of the cultural and social issues related to artistic practices.
Driven by the desire to place creativity at the service of care, I then pursued training as a visual and plastic arts art therapist at the University of Social Work and Health Lausanne (HETSL), where I obtained my diploma (2020–2024).
I completed this path with a Diploma in Academic Medicine (First Cycle) at the School of Health of Western Switzerland (2022), to deepen my knowledge of the medical foundations of therapeutic support.
Being particularly interested in the needs of young people and contemporary psychological challenges, I pursued further training in adolescent psychology and psychopathology, notably at HETSL (2023) and UNIL–EPFL (2024).
My interest in neurodivergent profiles has also led me to deepen my knowledge of autism and ADHD through specialized training at the University of Geneva (2025) and with the Attwood and Garnett Events Center in Australia.
I am currently a member of the Register of Empirical Medicine (RME) and the Association Romande Arts, Expressions et Thérapies (ARAET), ensuring a rigorous professional framework and a practice in continuous development.
